Toop + Toop has acquired Bell Property in Stirling, re-establishing a permanent Adelaide Hills office and bringing owner Phil Crowder and the existing local team into the business. Adelaide’s property market remains unusually resilient, with only two declines in 43 years, of about 4% and 3%.
